Meaning behind the song: This song is about the strength that we continue to discover within ourselves. Over the past few years there were times when I had physical health challenges, and it wore me down to the point where my mental health suffered. The mind and body are so connected and interwoven. So in LION, I remind myself and others that we are a lot stronger and braver than we give ourselves credit for.
